Work you’ll do
The Clients & Industries team provides timely resources and expertise around industries, clients, and markets to support improved client eminence and relationships and profitable revenue growth for Deloitte. This includes owning and delivering the industry marketing plans through to building and executing effective deliverables in account management and planning.
This role will give the candidate a unique opportunity to work with senior internal clients. The individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution and delivery of complex programs and initiatives while driving sales and marketing activities to fuel growth.
The ideal candidate will be a high-performing individual with exceptional project management skills, and the ability to navigate and influence within a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment. A proactive attitude and strategic thinking will help the candidate excel in this role.
- Drive and manage the development and execution of the industry strategy in conjunction with the regional industry leadership teams
- Collaborate with the cross-business industry leadership teams to understand the market opportunities and create compelling value propositions and market positioning
- Develop regular insights on market, sector and competitors to underpin industry and sector strategic choices and contribute to the development of white papers.
- Manage strategic client accounts and drive the implementation of client development initiatives
- Oversee sales and engagement report generation to support industry and strategic client programs
- Connect into the broader industry community including global counterparts
- Deliver a comprehensive range of projects, often with competing deadlines

Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of program management or marketing experience. Client service experience and/or professional services industry experience is a plus.
- Self-starter with ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and deal with ambiguity
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and thorough execution
- Ability to support leadership to drive stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to work with colleagues virtually
