Work you’ll do

 

  • Our regional team specialises in large, complex, cross border financial restructuring, value creation and operational turnaround programs in time critical situations.
  • We provide restructuring and turnaround advice to senior stakeholders including c-suite, financiers and investors (including private equity).
  • In this role, you will be joining a team of innovative and passionate people to create and implement solutions that meet our clients' toughest challenges and deliver sustainable financial outcomes.
  • You will be working in project teams to diagnose issues, generate options, model scenarios and design and implement restructuring plans.
  • We combine analytical, operational, strategic and financial diagnostics with case for change leadership and workshop driven approaches to service delivery.

Requirements

 

  • We are seeking an exceptional individual with experience in financial advisory, operational management and / or consulting experience to join our team as a manager. 
  • You are likely to have a finance, accounting, economics or engineering background with a related post-graduate qualification such as CA, CFA or MBA.
  • Successful applicants will have some exposure to underperforming businesses, turnaround or accelerated transformation situations and previous experience working for or consulting to companies on matters of financial performance, financial management or operational improvement.
  • You will be willing to travel to other Southeast Asian and international locations on assignment.
