Work you’ll do

The focus of this role is to drive our eminence and relationship-building activities for our the clients and targets of our key country service groups – initially Japanese Services Group and Chinese Services Group, but potentially later also Korean Services Group. Candidate will work cross functionally, as well as cross culturally, to provide a coordinated support to our JSG and CSG teams to enable them to access and leverage the full suite of branding, communications and relationship initiatives of the firm. There will be an overlap between Deloitte Private and Chinese Services Group in the area of Consulting collaboration for which we may seek to expand the role.

• Help prepare white papers/marketing brochures on hot topics with relevant language support.
• Organise and coordinate JSG and CSG events and eminence activities. 
• Maintain and manage key client contact lists for marketing purposes in Salesforce CRM system.
• Act as the liaison between CSG (and possibly Deloitte Private) and Consulting to help identify opportunities for Consulting to serve clients.
• Represent Consulting on CSG (and possibly DP) key account service teams for internal account planning.
• Share with the CSG/JSG (and possibly DP) team on key topics, issues and storefront matters for Consulting to increase their awareness.
• Eventually help develop a strategy for KSG marketing based on the model developed for CSG and JSG.

Requirements

• A minimum six (6) years of experience, working in professional services, commercial or financial services environment (Big 4 experience is an advantage)
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Japanese
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively as a team
• Good knowledge of research tools for analysis and general understanding of database technology
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools in particular Word, Excel and Power Point
