What you will do
As a DevOps Manager at Deloitte, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of our software infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of software solutions. Your expertise will drive the automation of processes, enhance system reliability, and improve overall efficiency.
You will
• Lead and Manage: Oversee a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement DevOps strategies that align with business goals and objectives, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
• Automation and Integration: Design and implement automated deployment pipelines, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and IT operations teams to streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Establish robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that all systems and processes adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements, mitigating risks and protecting sensitive data.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the DevOps practice.

Enough about us, let's talk about you.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Expertise in setting up and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to ensure smooth and automated code deployments.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging solutions (e.g., ELK stack) to maintain system health and quickly troubleshoot issues.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
