Work you will do

 

As a Manager within Cloud Engineering team, you are part of a team of creative, visionary minds of many disciplines who put future-forward thinking into projects that push the edges of technology to support the change of our clients. You will establish and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will:

 

  • Promote ServiceNow internally to sales and delivery teams to drive growth.
  • Be the go to person for ServiceNow Architecture. You should have a deep understanding of services offered on ServiceNow platforms and understand how to use them together to build complex solutions.
  • Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of ServiceNow and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment.
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solutions architect community.
  • Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be ServiceNow advocates.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

 

If you are someone with:

 

  • 8+ years’ experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform
  • Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues
  • Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours and environment

 

Certifications:

 

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
