As PMO – Project Management Office - for the Asia Pacific Climate Bold Play, you will help to drive sales and revenue growth across eight geographies and regions, including Australia, China, India, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Southeast Asia and Taiwan. Reporting to the Asia Pacific Climate & Sustainability Lead Partner, you will work with some of Deloitte’s most senior Partners to develop, drive and deliver the FY22 strategy for the Asia Pacific Climate Bold Play. 

A typical day would involve project managing multiple campaign work streams, leading calls with senior Partners, preparing internal presentation decks for various executive committees, and responding to ad-hoc requests for support and coordination from our Partners across Asia Pacific.

Collaborate with the Asia Pacific Climate & Sustainability Lead Partner to support the development and execution of the overall Climate Bold Play FY22 strategy, including:  
•    Refining and disseminating the offering sales toolkit, industry sales toolkit and asset/tool sales toolkit 
•    Scaling-up the asset/tool portfolio within the region 
•    Enhancing awareness among Lead Client Service Partners (LCSPs) and Lead Business Partners (LBPs)
•    Support strategic client account teams in their go-to-market 
•    Tracking the sales pipeline and cross-business unit (BU) performance on a bi-weekly basis
•    Driving the scale-up of eminence activities and initiatives in priority geographies 
•    Facilitating network building with strategic alliances, as well as new collaborators and partners 
•    Promoting talent development and capacity building 
•    Developing working relationships with a wide range of global, regional and geography-level stakeholders

•    Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience managing complex projects 
•    Extensive experience working in an ‘engagement manager’ capacity 
•    Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of business development / market development            
•    Proven experience in communicating technical subject matter to a non-technical audience across hierarchy levels
•    Excellent written and oral business communication skills

•   High aptitude for identifying, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, established network among Global and Asia Pacific climate & sustainability colleagues is an asset 

•    Experience or interest in the area of climate and sustainability is desirable
