Work you’ll do

The Marketing & Communications social media team supports internal stakeholders in identifying, planning and executing online content strategy in line with the organisation’s strategic business plans. The team’s goal is to assist businesses in reaching out to clients as well as branding Deloitte as an employer of choice through social media and digital marketing efforts. 

Responsibilities

Reporting to the social media team leader, the candidate will be involved in the smooth running of daily social media activities, and executing digital marketing campaigns, which includes:

• Developing social media campaigns
• Managing requests for social media posts
• Community management for social media channels
• Tracking and monitoring of daily social media engagement/activities (for example comments and DMs)
• Analysing campaigns and/or posts performance
• Supporting the firm’s global, regional, and local client brand and marketing initiatives
• Planning and running paid digital advertisements

Requirements

• A recognised University degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related discipline
• Up to 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a social media management capacity. Entry level candidates are also welcome to apply.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently
• Self-starter, capable of working independently, and proactive
• Demonstrates personal accountability for keeping own performance on track
• Is a good team player who can work effectively in diverse teams within a highly inclusive team culture
• Demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development
• Meticulous, with an attention to detail
• Actively focused on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, internal clients and team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
