About the Southeast Asia (SEA) Innovation team
The Deloitte SEA Innovation team is positioned as an internal innovation enabler, collaborator, and accelerator. We help Deloitte businesses advance new innovation initiatives, as well as aid in the exploration of new business, commercial and delivery models to capture opportunities and address business challenges.
This role will give a candidate a unique opportunity to learn about design, technology, and business, as well as a glimpse at how one of The Big Four operates.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be a key contributor to the Deloitte SEA Innovation team and be involved in advancing our digital transformation initiatives across the region.
Breakdown:
• Support the team with content development across all creative functions that includes presentation decks, video production, photography as well as other digital and print projects
• Assist programmes team with designing creative outputs (promotional materials and collaterals) for workshops and events
• Create impactful visual and other media assets that drive internal communications, campaign engagement and go-to-market strategy
• Work with Deloitte’s Clients & Market team to ensure all design and creatives are brand compliant
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fine Arts, graphic design or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Competency in multimedia skills such as video and audio editing
• Ability to conceptualise, visualise and create media assets that are optimised for print and digital platforms
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Thorough and meticulous, possess a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Competency in HTML5 coding and programming is a bonus
• Competency in copywriting is a bonus
