• Coordinating meetings
• Organizing venues & facilities for events
• Taking minutes
• Tracking and updating the project calendar
• Do monthly reports
• Updating the PowerPoint presentations
• Dispatch of documents between offices
• Performing administrative duties
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma and above
• Adaptable and able to work in fast paced environment
• Based in Changi Business Park
• Assist Program Manager to manage a large-scale IT implementation project
• Project admin duties into arranging meetings, prepare and update reports, work with tools such as MS project, excel, powerpoint
