This project is a dynamic and innovative initiative dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions in the legal sector. Our team is passionate about excellence and committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Project Administrator to join our growing team.

 

The Project Administrator will support the Project Management team in the planning, execution, and closing of projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist Project Managers in the development and maintenance of project schedules and plans.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
  • Track project progress and update status reports.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and track expenses.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, providing administrative support in resolving them.
  • Support the onboarding of new project team members; as well as offboarding
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support project activities.

Requirements:

 

Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

  • 2+ years of experience in a project administration or coordination role. 
  • Paralegals would be advantageously considered.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
