Work you’ll do
Scope
Front Desk & Visitor Mgmt
- Greet & welcome visitors, clients & staff professionally
- Direct & escort visitors to the meeting rooms
- Manage visitor log/record & meeting room calendar/booking
- Schedule & coordinate meeting rooms & appointments
- Perform duties and tasks as & when assigned by the Manager
Coordination with Tea Ladies
- Ensure visitors are offered refreshment promptly
- Communicate meeting schedule/event/guest arrival to Tea Ladies in advance
- Coordinate serving of refreshment during meeting, conference & client visits
- Supervise & support the cleanliness & readiness of meeting rooms & reception
- Manage Tea Ladies attendance, rooster & duties
Communication Handling

- Manage & handle incoming calls, emails & general correspondences efficiently
- Take & deliver message accurately
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages & deliveries
- Report any maintenance/service issues to Admin Dept promptly

Requirements
- Diploma or studying in Business, Office Mgmt or related field (preferred)
- Min 2-3 years’ experience in receptionist, customer service or front-office role
- Neat appearance, polite & professional attitude
- Team player who works well with Tea Ladies & office staff
- Reliable & service-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & outlook
- Willing to learn and help where needed
