Work you’ll do


Reporting to the Audit Group Partner / Manager, the successful candidate will support the Audit Division in resource allocation to achieve client service excellence.  The incumbent will be responsible for the following job scope:-


  • Plan and schedule appropriate audit professionals to jobs and projects
  • Resolve staff schedule conflicts
  • Manage and analyse staff utilization and leave utilization
  • Monitor and process timesheets on time
  • Maintain database of clients and service team information
  • Provide timely reports and information to management
  • Improve and streamline processes
  • Any other projects assigned by superior

The successful candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of work experience.  Experience in resource planning and allocation is preferred.  Apart from possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills, the successful candidate is expected to be a self starter with good time management and ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
