Work you’ll do

The key roles and responsibilities are to support our various business units in their branding, communications, business development, and other strategic initiatives across Southeast Asia, including the following activities:

  • Supporting the formulation and execution of strategic plans for Go-To-Market activities of all services across industries and sectors
  • Being a brand ambassador and ensure brand compliance for all Go-To-Market activities such as brochures, at events, etc.
  • Managing the production of marketing materials and other collaterals (e.g., brochures, reports) and working closely with our in-house designers
  • Writing and reviewing all external and internal communications 
  • Supporting the planning and execution of events, which involves working with internal teams and external vendors 
  • Supporting digital initiatives such as setting-up web content and running digital campaigns
  • Working closely with the business development team to meet their objectives
  • Create and manage weekly and monthly reporting on sales, pipeline and opportunities for management meetings
  • Performing any ad-hoc duties, projects or responsibilities assigned to support business growth

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position must have a can-do attitude with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and is keen to learn and improve. Other attributes that we are looking for include: 

  • At least a Degree holder in business or communications or have the relevant background and working experience
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment 
  • Good team player with a positive attitude 
  • Possess strong project management and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Attention to detail in the quality of work 
  • Excellent business writing skills and strong Microsoft Office applications knowledge (such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms with ability to extract and analyze data will be ideal
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and strong business acumen
