Work you’ll do

  • Build and maintain data models, pipelines, and governance controls for finance and operational data.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that support financial close, variance analysis, forecasting, and management insight.
  • Identify practical AI, automation, analytics opportunities to streamline reporting and control processes.
  • Leverage automation, cognitive and AI-based solutions to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions.
  • Build and integrate AI capabilities including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering frameworks into enterprise applications.
  • Improve data quality, consistency, monitoring, and exception handling across source systems.
  • Work with Finance, IT, Data, Audit, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into workable technical solutions.
  • Support adoption through documentation, training, and clear handover to business and technology teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
  • 3–10+ years of experience depending on level, across data, analytics, finance, technology consulting, AI, automation or financial services operations.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments such as banks, exchanges, asset managers, insurers, capital markets or financial market infrastructure providers.
  • Strong understanding of financial services data, reporting, controls, operations, risk, compliance or investment management processes.
  • Experience with data tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks, Snowflake or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, generative AI, RAG, knowledge management, workflow automation, RPA or data engineering concepts.
  • Experience with ERP, finance, risk, reference data, trading, investment management or operational systems is preferred.
  • Understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, access control, PII handling, masking and audit requirements.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical data, AI and technology solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to prepare clear client-facing materials.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Prior consulting experience in data, AI, automation, technology delivery or financial services advisory.
  • Experience with cloud, data and AI platforms such as Google Cloud, Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to knowledge management and operational platforms such as Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, ServiceNow or enterprise search tools.
  • Experience with AI evaluation, test management, operational controls, production readiness or deployment governance.
  • Familiarity with financial services expectations around data security, privacy, auditability, model governance and operational resilience.
  • Experience working with both structured and unstructured data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, documents, emails, tickets, runbooks and workflow records.
  • Ability to support client workshops, document current-state processes, identify automation opportunities and convert findings into practical solution requirements.
