Work you’ll do
- Support end-to-end M&A processes, including deal preparation, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, negotiation and completion, across cross-functional project teams to a diverse client base.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and market research by utilising various research tools, public database to financial statements information.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials such as investment teaser and information memorandum.
- Assist in preparation of detailed financial models for various transactions such as financing, acquisitions, and valuation.
- Communicate effectively with engagement management, ensuring clear and concise delivery of information.
- Prepare and manage engagement internal documentation including project setup, organisation, client acceptance procedures, and ongoing engagement files and working papers.
- Participate in practice development activities, including attending training programs.
- Participate in client management meetings and assist in preparing client presentations.
- Continuously develop expertise within your specialization.
- Support business development activities including preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and target lists.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business from a reputable local or overseas university.
- Internship experience within a Big-4 firm, venture capital, investment bank, or private equity environment is advantageous.
- Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in financial analysis, market research, reporting, and basic financial modeling, with a solid understanding of accounting concepts, business diagnostics, and logical problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, capable of supporting complex financial tasks and delivering professional outputs.
- Able to complete assigned tasks under the guidance and instructions of supervisors, meeting required quality standards and deadlines for corporate finance (CF) work.
- Brings strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Performs effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Possesses excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in report writing, presentation delivery, and stakeholder interactions.
- Displays strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude toward teamwork and client service.
- Highly coachable and adaptable, demonstrating eagerness to learn and a strong commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at client premises as required by client service engagements.
