Work you’ll do
As a Brand and Risk Protection Senior Associate, you’ll leverage your analytical, research and investigative skills to:
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve potential conflicts of interest, and to provide expert guidance on quality and risk issues, including key pillars such as independence and conflicts.
- Conduct independence and conflicts monitoring and reviews for clients, engagements and personnel, including review of financial interests, business relationships and other potential conflicts.
- Maintain systems and processes to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest, including systems for tracking independence and conflicts.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing processes as well as policies, guides, tools, and training to support relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training programs on policies and procedures related to quality and risk matters.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards related to quality and risk, including key pillars such as independence and conflicts, and ensure that the firm's policies and procedures remain compliant.
- Prepare and present regular reports on reputation and risk matters to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education in any discipline
- Have at least 4 years of experience in a relevant role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Has the willingness to learn and deliver timely and quality results to internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good team player
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in automation tools such as Microsoft Power tools is a plus
