What you will do 


This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact.  That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.


We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to grow our digital business, bringing and evolving Deloitte Digital’s proposition to clients to create great experiences and results. 


You will work across the following areas:

  •  Annual Planning
    • Drive annual planning with regional managers, formulate plans for increased sales opportunities through improved lead management, better information hygiene, and streamlined processes
    • Roll out regional marketing planning cadence for the client's products - to drive synergy across central, regional and functional teams and improve/manage timelines, process, and team efficacy
  • Performance Management
    • Drive strategic forecasting and performance management processes with regional marketing and functional teams through operational cadence, KPI measurements and business reviews
    • Manage the Quarterly Performance review sessions across sub regions
  • Budget Management
    • Forecast the budget, headcount and resources required to meet regional business goals, ensuring 100% budget utilization

If you are someone with: 

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant technology, business, or marketing discipline. 
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role, with a minimum of 8 years in digital marketing 
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital marketing concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
