As part of Advertisement Marketing and Commerce (AMC), you will work with our team to help clients with their Creative Design and Innovation, Advertising and Branding, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce and Customer Experience Platform.


You will:

  • Be responsible for defining a product vision for e-commerce, road-map and growth opportunities, together with stakeholders, to ensure business needs are well understood and defined in epics, features and user stories.
  • Ensure close alignment with and buy-in from IT counterparts on the technology/3rd party e-commerce solution direction, to jointly define and execute the road-map
  • Ensure inclusion of data, user research, (A/B) testing, market insights and business needs for definition and prioritisation of the Product road-map.
  • Lead a transparent, data driven prioritisation process to work on backlog items that have the highest business value.
  • Ensure ongoing communication with stakeholders about priorities, features, testing and release planning.
  • Maintain a clear and measurable set of KPI’s that will be used to measure success.

If you are someone with:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Product Owner or in a related digital/E-Commerce role 
  • B2B and B2C Commerce experience on Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Adobe Commerce
  • Solid understanding of E-Commerce business, technology and digital marketing concepts at senior level and a good understanding of user experience
  • Attention to detail, ability to structure complex project requirements into structured, executable plans
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak Bahasa (Indonesia) will be a plus. Proven effective communication skills (in writing and verbal) with team members and leadership, across business and IT
  • Takes pride in well run projects, with demonstrable success in managing multi-brand multi-country, cross-cultural engagements
  • Experience in dynamic situations and able to shift gears comfortably and effectively
  • Capable problem-solver that uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
  • Global thinker that can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future
