Work you’ll do

The Brand & Experience Senior Executive will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture by managing employee engagement initiatives, promoting well-being programmes, and overseeing the operations of The Lawn. This role will require collaboration across departments to enhance the overall employee experience, driving a sense of belonging, motivation, and wellness within the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Employee engagement activities and initiatives

  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies aligned with the company’s values and culture.
  • Organise and execute company-wide events to foster collaboration and morale.
  • Monitor and analyse employee engagement, proposing improvements based on feedback and insights.

 

Deloitte well-being programmes

  • Develop and manage employee well-being programmes, including physical, mental, and emotional wellness initiatives.
  • Organise health-related workshops, fitness activities, and stress management programmes.
  • Create and manage a communication plan to raise awareness of well-being resources available to employees.

 

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programmes and initiatives:

  • Develop and execute DEI related campaigns events that supports our SEA DEI strategy including ad-hoc webinars and events (E.g. International Women's Day campaigns)
  • Create and manage a communication plan to raise awareness on DEI (E.g., Curating content featuring our leaders and staff)
  • Proactively gather insights and share best practices and recommendations to improve existing DEI plans

 

The Lawn management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of The Lawn, ensuring it is well-maintained, stocked, and creates a comfortable and welcoming environment for employees.
  • Manage vendors for pantry supplies, refreshments, and equipment maintenance.
  • Gather feedback from employees to continuously improve The Lawn offerings.
  • Ensure The Lawn aligns with the company’s overall brand and culture, enhancing employee experience.

 

Budget Management

  • Manage the budget for employee engagement activities, well-being programmes, and The Lawn.
  • Ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality of employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in employee engagement, wellness, or facilities management roles.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the organisation.
  • Effective team player
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
  • Must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
