Work you’ll do

We are looking for a highly motivated Employer Branding Specialist to join our Talent Experience team. As part of the Talent Experience Team, you will be focused on spearheading our Talent strategy that is focused on our employer brand, talent engagement and well-being and fostering a culture of inclusion. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive employer branding strategy that enhances our company's reputation as an employer of choice. The candidate will also be responsible for Deloitte’s onboarding program, managing the process of orienting and integrating new hires into the firm.

 

Employer Branding roles & responsibilities:

  • Be part of the Talent Experience team to establish and maintain a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to providing a unique internship experience for students (E.g. Human Resources team, talent teams, school clubs and career offices)
  • Plan and drive employer branding and talent initiatives, such as engaging students and promote Deloitte as the employer of choice (E.g. organising career fairs, networking events, workshops, and etc.)
  • Conceptualise and implement local communication and social media campaigns to promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Lead the Talent/HR award submissions and prepare submissions
  • Drive campaigns and programs to attract and retain top talent including our internship program

 

Onboarding program:

  • Adapting and implementing onboarding plans and processes.
  • Coordinating orientation activities and introductions to colleagues.
  • Ensuring new hires receive all necessary information, equipment, and resources to perform their job effectively.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the onboarding program and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure the firm’s onboarding practices remain competitive.
  • Other projects as assigned including drafting talent communications and organising talent-related events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in employer branding or related fields
  • Committed and passionate about driving talent programmes
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective team player
  • Creative and confident in communicating ideas
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
  • Must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools for content creation
