Your team
As a member of the Tax & Legal—Business Strategy & Operations, and Clients & Markets team, you will assist with a broad range of tasks to provide quality and value-added services to our business partners, consultants, and clients.
Your responsibility
You will work with both our local and regional offices to support the Tax & Legal business in business strategy, operations, branding, communications, marketing, business development, event and project management, and other strategic initiatives. You can look forward to working on challenging yet rewarding projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate for this position will be both creative and analytical, have excellent writing skills, be detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Project management, event management experience, and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage key financial metrics including processing forecast reports
- Prepare management reports for executive-level presentations
- Lead operational initiatives including interpreting and recommending holistic plans that are in line with the business objectives
- Drive external and internal partnerships with regional leaders, partners, and other teams to represent Southeast Asia Tax & Legal interests; facilitating collaboration
- Lead cross-team projects from ideation to strategy definition until implementation
- Organise both physical and virtual events
- Lead and assist with Clients & Markets initiatives focusing on market eminence strategy and initiatives
- Drive and execute CRM initiatives; including maintaining data quality in the CRM platform
- Assist with marketing and business development initiatives
- Assist with administrative matters to ensure proper documentation, follow-ups and housekeeping
- Assist with ad hoc matters as required
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management/Accountancy/Commerce and/or related fields
- At least 2-3 years in a business support/operations role in a similar setting
- Excellent team player with leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate across different levels
- Excellent time management skills—able to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively
- Confident to deliver work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Meticulous with a strong eye for details; yet able to refocus on key objectives
- Adaptable, determined personality with a positive growth mindset
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting with financial acumen
- Strategic thinker who can drive & deliver insights
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Preferably with experience in Salesforce and SAP
