Work you’ll do


This role offers an excellent opportunity within the Southeast Asia (SEA) Chief Operating Officer (COO) Office for the candidate to work with the SEA COO and the SEA leadership team in driving business performance and operation excellence throughout the organisation. Reporting directly to the SEA COO, you will be responsible for working with SEA COO overseeing SEA firm business performance and operations, and working effectively with all areas of the organisation.


You will be responsible for developing, recommending and implementing SEA firm-wide strategies for improving business performance and operating efficiencies, automating workflows as appropriate and optimizing personnel resources. You will work with all SEA Regional Managing Partners on driving a high performance culture. You will work closely with SEA back office functional leaders in Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and also Country Managing Partners to ensure that sufficient and appropriate people, systems and processes are in place to provide optimal operational support to business units for SEA firm-wide processes. You will manage and support SEA firm-wide initiatives including firm governance, practice integration and harmonization/alignment, mergers and acquisitions, business expansions, etc.

  • Experienced in project management, delivering projects from creative concept to completion
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers
  • Committed work ethic, positive attitude, sense of humour, ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Professional experience in multiple Southeast Asia countries
  • Ability to travel across Southeast Asia as necessary 
  • Proficient in Microsoft productivity tools like MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc.
