As part of Advertisement, Marketing, and Commerce (AMC), you will work with FSI clients to drive digital transformation across the AMC offerings, delivering next generation financial experiences.

 

You will be:

  • Lead our FSI digital business, shaping the future of finance from core digital transformation to the future of finance and fintech 
  • Be at the forefront of applying digital technologies in finance to drive sustainable and profitable growth through new customer experiences, personalization, digital banking, marketing automation, and data
  • Generate new business and forge alliances, growing a profitable P&L, that drives market impact
  • Comfortable in straddling both strategy, technology, and customer experience
  • Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to clients. This includes overall planning, organizing, designing, integrating, and delivery of all services prioritized in alignment with the client's expectations and business needs.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

 

If you are someone with:

  • Minimum of 15 years of working experience with proven success in driving digital transformation within the financial services industry, and growing profitable P&L 
  • Experience in SEA/APAC market
  • Deep experience of driving impactful digital transformation in financial services such as banking and insurance
  • Experience in developing, launching, running digital bank 
  • Intimately familiar with CX technologies applied to FSI, including but not limited to Salesforce Digital 360, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google, and/ or others
  • Deep client expertise, C-Level presence, with success in growing pipeline
  • Success in building professional service practice and leading teams
  • Clear ability to drive projects to successful, on-time completion and influence stakeholders and team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively synthesize business requirements into technical outcomes for varied audiences
  • Experience in dynamic situations and able to shift gears comfortably and effectively
  • Capable problem-solver that uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
  • Global thinker that can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future
