Work you will do 
This role sits within the Customer and Marketing (C&M) team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which is a part of Deloitte that uses technology and creativity to better connect the customer with the business.

As part of Marketing and Commerce (M&C), you will work with team to help our clients with their Creative Design and Innovation, Advertising and Branding, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce and Customer Experience Platform.


You will:
-    Provide architectural and big-picture oversight for development of client implementations on the Salesforce D360 / Martech platform
-    Provide analysis and recommendations on the design of Martech systems, while integrating components built by developers and ensuring architectural integrity of the system
-    Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to clients. This includes overall planning, organizing, designing, integrating, and delivery of all services prioritized in alignment with the client's expectations and business needs.
-    Lead a team of solution partner and/or client developers and specialists to meet specific client requirements; responsible for ensuring an optimal system architecture to facilitate the successful completion of implementations
-    Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to solution partners and client developers regarding the implementation and maintenance of ecommerce solutions based on best practices.
-    Accountable for leading a cross functional team to put in place a marketing management system to enable target setting and performance tracking. 
-    Manage sales to fulfil vertical revenue with a focus on pipeline development, management, and closure to meet targets   
-    Develop cross-sector go-to-market strategy in close alignment with AMC Service Offering.
-    Become an expert adviser on commercial arrangements and framework that ensure ongoing sales success, especially on key opportunities; aim for closings of big strategic customers.
-    Partner with other teams like the Technical teams to continuously guide internal processes and standards forward   
-    Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to develop programs that continually enhance and improve the industry knowledge and solutions selling skills.
-    Solve challenging business problems creatively, efficiently, and independently, especially when faced with time and operational constraints or ambiguity.

Enough about us, let's talk about you


If you are someone with: 
-    Minimum of 15 years of working experience with at least 5 years relevant architecture experience, preferably at the enterprise-level 
-    Good understanding of the Salesforce Solutions
-    Practical experience implementing salesforce solutions (Salesforce D360) (client- and service-side) is key
-    Clear ability to drive projects to successful, on-time completion and influence stakeholders and team members
-    An accomplished people manager with more than five years talent management experience
-    Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively synthesize business requirements into technical outcomes for varied audiences
-    Experience in dynamic situations and able to shift gears comfortably and effectively
-    Capable problem-solver that uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
-    Ability to maintain strong sales management focus during sales cycles that are typically six to nine months in duration
-    Demonstrated ability to manage often complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives
-    Global thinker that can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future
-    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field is required, Computer Science or Engineering is preferred
-    Experience in SEA/APAC
