Work you’ll do

 

The candidate will work with a team of IPO specialists within the Assurance Department.

 

He or she will participate in team projects to provide historical audit services to a portfolio of diversified clients with the intention to list on a stock exchange, comprising local SMEs, local conglomerates and subsequent to a successful IPO, public listed companies.

 

He or she can look forward to challenges unique to initial public offerings related work and advisory services on IPO readiness, including opportunities to work alongside and under the guidance of senior members of the project team to provide insights to client by supporting senior members of the team to develop client’s IPO roadmap.

 

He or she will also be part of a team engaged in market eminence building activities.

Requirements

 

The candidate should be in progress of attaining an accounting degree/professional qualification recognised by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). We are looking for the following qualities:

 

  • understanding of basic accounting principles
  • good analytical skillset
  • good written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to change and is open to new ideas
  • good communication and interpersonal skills to work as a team player
  • keen interest in capital market
