Join Deloitte’s Dynamic Administrative Team

 

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to play a key role in a professional services environment? Deloitte is seeking a proactive Administrator to join our team and provide essential support especially in billing and accounts receivable.

 

 

Your Impact / Work you’ll do

 

  • Provide administrative support to Partners, Directors, and Managers.
  • Own billing support, including processing, tracking, and following up on outstanding invoices.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks: meeting scheduling, travel bookings, file management, and status reporting.
  • Prepare statements of account, monthly ageing reports, and simple analytical reports as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our in-house database and software tools.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and support ad-hoc admin duties and the team.
  • Ensure compliance with firm guidelines and help minimise receivables delinquency.

What We Look For / Requirements

 

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or similar administrative roles (professional services experience preferred).
  • Strong billing and invoicing skills, with a proven track record of closing outstanding invoices.
  • Comfortable with different software applications (prior SAP or Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and the ability to handle a high-volume workload.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach.
