Work you’ll do
Responsibilities
•            Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, registration of foreign entity, representative office, drafting of relevant resolutions and maintain the client’s records to ensure that the client complies with the relevant regulations.

•            Assist to update the client’s database electronically.

•            Assist to draft invoice and monitor the client’s AR aging.

•            Attend clients’ meetings and draft minutes.

•            Assist in the client acceptance process.

•            Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

Job Requirements
•            ICSA graduate or those pursuing preferred, as well as Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Law related fields

•            Min. 0 to 2 years experience of Singapore corporate secretarial experiences for associate

•            Proficient in MS Office applications

•            A team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

•            Proficient in both spoken and written English.

•            Well organised, meticulous and able to work independently and under pressure.

•            Someone who is looking for long-term career growth prospect
