Work you’ll do
Deloitte's Tax Digital Transformation team provides user-centric technological solutions and innovative approaches to help Deloitte teams and clients address their business needs. As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the successful adoption of digital initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading the adoption of digital initiatives by implementing change management plans and activities within the specified timelines to support engagement teams and their clients.
• Developing and executing communication strategies to ensure that all stakeholders are well-informed, prepared, and engaged throughout the change process.
• Defining and tracking success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, while providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collecting and analyzing feedback and data, and presenting findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
