Work you'll do:


The Demand Generation Specialist bridges global marketing strategy and local execution across the region. This specialist is responsible for the execution lifecycle of marketing projects, from translating global strategy to local adaptations to post-campaign analysis. This role primarily focus on start up community engagements  , programs and events, with an equal effort going into digital marketing initiatives and analysis across sectors to drive participation, digital amplification and pipeline growth

What you will be doing:

Event Programming & Management:

  • Plan, execute, and scale regional event formats tailored to startup and SMB audiences—such as roadshows, summits, roundtables, and digital engagements.
  • Curate event agendas, secure speakers, manage end-to-end logistics (venue sourcing, vendor coordination, invites, registration).
  • Lead the client's participation in first- and third-party industry events, including booth setup, lead capture, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., regional sales, ISPs, ecosystem partners) to align programming with GTM priorities and market needs.

Operations & Reporting:

  • Own operational workflows including lead capture, routing, tagging, and follow-ups, ensuring data hygiene and system compliance (Salesforce, Vector, etc.).
  • Coordinate with central automation and ops teams while managing manual validation/reporting as needed.
  • Deliver post-event analytics and insights, including pipeline attribution, ROI tracking, and campaign reporting.

Content Curation & Localization

  • Customize global content for JAPAC startup/SMB audiences—including presentations, speaker decks, event collateral, social copy, and talking points.
  • Partner with internal teams to manage feedback, approvals, and content alignment with brand and messaging standards.
  • Work with comms and social teams to amplify event narratives, monitor campaign performance, and adapt messaging based on audience insights.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

  • Work across both internal stakeholders, sales team, and manage external vendors
  • Brief creative agencies and vendors on event deliverables (branding, collateral, signage, physical/digital assets).
  • Review agency outputs for quality, timeline adherence, and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate approvals and milestones between internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage event production touchpoints across in-person and virtual formats, ensuring a high-quality, cohesive attendee experience.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in marketing operations and demand generation.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce), lead management systems, and campaign tracking/reporting.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and managing end-to-end event production.
  • Strong written communication and content localization abilities.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
