Work you'll do:  

This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact.  That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.

 

The Director will oversee the strategy, sales, and delivery of our analytics and customer data solutions. You will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that drive measurable outcomes. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in analytics, customer data, and digital transformation, coupled with exceptional leadership and business development skills.

 

Leadership:

  • Lead the practice in developing and executing a strategic vision for analytics and customer data solutions.
  • Mentor and manage a team of consultants, data scientists, and technical professionals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

 

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for analytics and customer data services.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth by driving solution adoption.

 

Solution Delivery:

  • Oversee the design and implementation of end-to-end analytics and customer data solutions.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that align with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Monitor project performance and address any challenges to ensure successful outcomes.

 

Client Engagement:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on leveraging analytics and customer data to achieve business objectives.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and reports that communicate insights and recommendations effectively.

 

Practice Development:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Develop frameworks, methodologies, and tools to enhance the practice’s capabilities.
  • Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and speaking engagements.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 15+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on analytics, customer data, or digital transformation.

  • Proven track record in sales and business development within a consulting environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.

  • Deep understanding of analytics platforms, customer data technologies, and related tools 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Sold large transformational deals
  • Experience in leading large global accounts
