Work you'll do:
This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.
We are looking for a senior leader to build and scale our Applied AI capability across customer experience, marketing technology, loyalty, digital platforms, ecommerce and analytics. This is not a research role—it is a commercial, product-building, Southeast Asia GTM role focused on applied AI, solution architecture, capability building, and client advisory.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Shape the firm’s POV on Applied AI in MarTech, CX, loyalty, ecommerce, and personalization
- Build frameworks, accelerators, reusable assets
- Develop client-ready narratives for CMOs, CDOs, CIOs, CEOs
Solution Architecture & Delivery Excellence
- Design AI-infused architectures across Data, CRM, orchestration, loyalty and digital channels
- Design frameworks for building client AI capabilities and operating models
- Review AI usage on engagements (guardrails, grounding, validation, hallucination control)
- Partner with delivery teams to accelerate and improve quality using AI
- Establish standards, templates, QA methods, and governance
GTM & Offering Build
- Develop differentiated AI solutions that combine MarTech, analytics, loyalty and digital platforms
- Build GTM partnerships with Salesforce, Adobe, Google, AWS, Braze, Snowflake
- Create industry-specific use cases, demos and sales assets
- Support business development with compelling AI-led positioning across Southeast Asia
Capability Building & Change Leadership
- Train consultants on AI workflows, prompt engineering, safe use, decisioning, uplift and personalization
- Build internal playbooks, checklists, and compliance frameworks
- Lead experimentation sandboxes for delivery teams
- Mentor and coach senior managers and managers
Client Advisory & Stewardship
- Advise CMOs, CDOs and CIOs on AI roadmaps
- Lead delivery teams, discovery work and design with clients
- Understand commercial outcomes (conversion, retention, LTV, loyalty engagement)
- Oversee measurement and uplift modelling design

- Anticipate market and competitor trends to develop and deliver bold and innovative solutions that differentiates Deloitte.
Requirements:
- More than 15 years in martech & AI, with at least half of that in leadership roles
- Hands-on understanding of:
- LLM workflows (RAG, grounding, evaluation)
- Personalization engines & MarTech stacks (Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, CDP, CRM)
- Uplift modeling, recommender systems, scoring, segmentation
- Loyalty mechanics, earn/burn, LTV
- Ecommerce & conversion funnels
- Ability to design and explain solution architectures (not necessarily code)
- Experience delivering AI/analytics within customer or marketing domains
