Work you'll do
This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. Elevating the human experience creates enduring value—for the organization, the customer, society, and all.
The Manager will design the overall RMN technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between commerce, media, and marketing systems. The role focuses on how different technology components interact — from ad serving to point-of-sale — to enable scalable monetization, efficient operations, and future expansion
You will:
- Architect the RMN Technology Blueprint — define end-to-end system architecture connecting CRV’s e-commerce, CRM, CMS, POS, and advertising systems
- Evaluate and Recommend Core Adtech Stack — assess SSP/DSP, ad server, and DOOH CMS solutions; define buy/build/partner options aligned to CRV’s roadmap
- Design Integration Workflows and APIs — establish technical specifications for data and signal exchange across systems and external vendor platforms
- Ensure Platform Interoperability — validate compatibility between adtech and martech components to support unified campaign management and measurement
- Develop Implementation Roadmap — sequence integrations and platform rollouts for a 6- to 12-month build phase; identify quick-win enablers for MVP launch
- Define Governance, Security, and Compliance Standards — ensure architecture aligns with PDPA regulations and brand-safety requirements
- Coordinate with Data Architect and Tech Vendors — align data models, measurement design, and operational workflows across internal and external teams
- Support Knowledge Transfer — document system architecture and provide technical guidance

Requirements:
- Min 8 years' of experience in adtech, martech, or digital commerce architecture, preferably within retail or consumer goods environments
- Proven expertise in programmatic advertising technologies (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers) and retail media stack design
- Hands-on experience with RMN platforms (e.g., Criteo, CitrusAd, The Trade Desk, GAM, or equivalent) & its integrations with CMS, CRM, POS across web, app, and in-store environments
- Strong understanding of ad operations workflows, campaign management, and brand-safety protocols
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant system architectures
- Adept at stakeholder management skills to align technical and commercial teams during discovery and build phases
- Experience in SEA/APAC
