Work you’ll do
As part of our Workforce Transformation practice, we partner with organisations to reimagine their operating models, workforce strategies, and talent capabilities—especially as AI reshapes the future of work.
We are seeking a high-performing Manager with strong experience in AI-enabled workforce transformation, operating model design, and organisational strategy to support our growing Southeast Asia practice.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders across industries to deliver AI-enabled workforce transformation programmes. Your responsibilities include:
- AI Adoption & Workforce Transformation
- Lead AI readiness assessments, workforce impact analysis, and adoption roadmaps for clients.
- Identify opportunities for responsible AI deployment across business and operating models.
- Shape and implement AI-enabled role, skills, and capability frameworks.
- Operating Model & Organisation Design
- Design future-state operating models, governance structures, capability models, and organisational blueprints.
- Translate strategic priorities into practical transformation pathways and implementation plans.
- Facilitate leadership alignment and change oriented decision-making.
- Talent & Workforce Strategy
- Develop skills-based workforce approaches including career pathways, internal mobility frameworks, and talent marketplaces.
- Support clients in building AI fluency, enterprise learning programmes, and capability academies.
- Project Delivery & Client Engagement
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes across the transformation lifecycle.
- Drive the build-out of program materials including workshop content, communications, and leadership artefacts.
- Manage ecosystem partners and cross-regional teams where required.
- Practice Building & Thought Leadership
- Contribute to Workforce Transformation assets, methodologies, and AI enabled delivery toolkits.
- Build internal and external eminence through insights, publications, and speaking engagements.
- Mentor and coach junior practitioners, contributing to a high-performance culture

Requirements:
- A good university degree or MBA
- Min 10 years of experience, preferably in consulting or industry roles focused on operating model transformation, workforce strategy, organisation design, or AI-enabled transfomration
- You have excellent social skills and enjoy working in a diverse environment
- Project experience in ASEAN region or global markets is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities
- Excellent problem solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines
