Work you’ll do

 

  • Supporting the AP SAP Leader on a diverse range of initiatives and projects
  • Supporting the OneSAP AP Steer co meetings, preparation, follow up and actions
  • Project Manage OneSAP AP leadership team connectivity and alignment, setting up and maintaining materials / calendars.
  • Taking a lead role in AP funding initiatives reporting
  • Take ownership of Monthly reporting to Global E&A and Offering
  • Support with comms plan on OneSAP AP via internal comms channels
  • Own the OneSAP AP Townhall meetings – Qrtly
  • Produce ad hoc PowerPoint presentations, speaking points and other meeting deliverables as required by the Business Leader
  • Be an active member of the SAP Global CoS community

Requirements

 

If you are someone with:

  • Strong background in strategy and operations, organizational design and operating models or within our SAP business
  • Be data driven and detail focused. This role can be performed from within any Participating Firm across AP
  • Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Years of Experience: 5-10 years in consulting services
  • Excellent negotiation, influence management, and leadership skills to drive successful outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and streamline complex projects
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including executive presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Ability to perform analysis and synthesize data into useful insights
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in identifying and addressing project dependencies for seamless delivery
