Work you will do
This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.
As part of Marketing and Commerce (M&C), you will work with team to help our clients with their Creative Design and Innovation, Advertising and Branding, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce and Customer Experience Platform.
Typical responsibilities include:
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on AdTech strategies and solutions.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives, delivering tailored recommendations and actionable insights.
Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive AdTech strategies to enhance campaign performance, audience targeting, and ROI.
- Advise clients on the integration and optimization of ad platforms, data management platforms (DMPs), and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
Technical Expertise:
- Provide hands-on guidance in implementing and managing AdTech tools and technologies, including programmatic advertising, ad servers, and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, data-driven solutions that align with client goals.
Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless execution of AdTech initiatives.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, user behavior data, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track progress and measure the success of AdTech implementations.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AdTech or digital marketing are a plus.

At least 6 years in AdTech consulting or in-house roles, with a proven track record of managing complex AdTech projects.

Deep understanding of ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and data management platforms.

Capable problem-solver that uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
- Global thinker that can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future
- Experience in SEA
