Title: Talent & HR Intern
We are looking for a proactive and eager Talent & HR Intern to support our BU Talent and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams. This role provides hands-on experience in HR operations, year end review processes, and recruitment activities. You will gain exposure to the full Talent cycle, from employee performance processes to hiring and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations (Year-End Review & General Support)
• Assist in coordinating the year end performance review process.
• Prepare and organise review materials, reminders, and follow up actions.
• Support data collation and ensure accurate record keeping in HR systems.
• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, tracking documents, and updating HR records.
Talent Acquisition (Recruitment Exposure)
• Support the TA team with the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates where required.
• Support interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Participate in employer branding and recruitment activities.
Other HR Projects
• Support ongoing or ad-hoc HR initiatives and events.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in HR operations and recruitment.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
