Work you’ll do:

We are looking for a Talent Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to be based at our corporate office in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As part of the Talent Team, you will be focused on spearheading our employer brand, talent engagement and well-being and fostering a culture of inclusion. You are responsible for developing and implementing talent programs and initiatives to support the well-being of staff within the Risk Advisory practice.

across our Firm are expected to:

 

  • Support the SEA Talent Manager in terms of devising and implementing the SEA Talent Strategy – prioritizing in new hire assimilation, rewards & recognition and employee wellness program
  • Design and implement Talent related projects including, but not limited to, office improvement programs, employee well-being, Talent recognition programs and Talent outreach programs
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, such as HR, vendors, senior leadership, to ensure the success of the programs
  • Conduct assessments and surveys to measure the effectiveness of staff well-being programs, and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor and maintain the operation of various ongoing Talent related programs
  • Liaise with external vendors to source and implement relevant staff well-being programs and initiatives
  • Draft internal and external communication materials such as social media posts and mailers to promote our activities
  • Assist on day-to-day employee welfare matters pertaining to management of employee feedback on a timely manner
  • Other miscellaneous Talent matter, HR and office administrative duties

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Management or related fields
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR/Talent management field with an international professional firm
  • Experienced in managing end-to-end practitioner engagement programs
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong prioritizing skill and flexibility in working style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
