Work you’ll do


As part of the Talent Experience Team, you will be focused on spearheading our Talent strategy that is focused on our employer brand, talent engagement and wellbeing and fostering a culture of inclusion. 

Main roles & responsibilities:
Drive Deloitte’s employer branding initiatives and alumni relations in Singapore. 


Employer Branding roles & responsibilities:
•    Be part of the Employer Branding team to establish and maintain a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to providing a unique internship experience for students (E.g. Human Resources team, talent teams, school clubs and career offices) 
•    Plan and drive employer branding and talent initiatives, such as engaging students and promote Deloitte as the employer of choice (E.g. organising career fairs, events, and workshops, etc.)
•    Conceptualise and implement local communication and social media campaigns to promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) 
•    Lead the HR award submissions and prepare submissions
•    Drive campaigns and programs to attract and retain top talent including our internship programme


Alumni programme (all levels – C-suites to fresh graduates) 
•    Develop strategies and programs to engage alumni group successfully and efficiently
•    Maintain and update the database of alumni members
•    Manage communication from the alumni mailbox including maintenance and attending to queries
•    Develop an effective offboarding programme according to our global directives
•    Create communication plans (including social media) and curate content to engage and keep Deloitte’s alumni group well informed 
•    Drive recruitment campaigns to promote the alumni programs and build the alumni network
•    Plan and organise events to allow our people (past and present) to connect and network effectively
•    Collate, analyse, interpret, evaluate, and present data regarding activities and communicate feedback to management.


Other projects as assigned including drafting talent communications and organising talent-related events.

•    Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience
•    Committed and passionate about driving talent programmes
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Excellent writing skills 
•    Effective team player
•    Creative and confident in communicating ideas 
•    Able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
•    Must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
