Work you’ll do


The SEA PAO is part of the SEA CEO office which supports the firm in managing all activities and processes related to Partner management such as Partner performance, compensation and Partner life cycles. It also supports the CEO on firm-wide strategic initiatives. 



•    Maintain partners’ performance management system and performance cycle such as goals setting and evaluations 
•    Creation and maintenance of partners’ profile database in the SAP SuccessFactors system
•    Conduct SuccessFactors user training and develop training contents and documentation
•    Identify new process improvement opportunities and manage system enhancement/implementation projects 
•    Generate regular reports such as the monthly partners’ KPI report from the system
•    Monitor and track partners’ revenue target vs actual
•    Responsible for quality and integrity of data and metrics 
•    Support analytics work, salary benchmarking and reporting needs when required
•    Work closely and collaborate with business leaders, HR, IT and Finance teams across SEA
•    Assist senior management on the preparation of presentations and participate in any SEA strategic initiatives
•    Participate in the annual partner performance review exercise
•    Assist in other ad-hoc HR projects when required


Reporting Relationship 
This position supports the firm’s senior management team. This position will work closely with PAO Managers, PAO Administrator, SEA COO, SEA Finance, SEA HR and SEA IT team.

•    Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative major (Human Resource, Computer Sciences, IT, Business Analytics)
•    Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in HR or IT related fields. Familiar with HRM systems such as SAP SuccessFactors etc. 
•    Good computer literacy, including the use of databases and other IT systems
•    Project management experience is desired 
•    Strong analytical skills, good business acumen and stakeholder management skills
•    Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
•    Familiarity with graphic design, data visualization/dashboarding and user experience

•    Indisputable confidentiality and discretion 
•    Attention to accuracy, detail and quality control 
•    Appreciation for how to handle sensitive matters 
•    Consultative approach with peers and ability to iterate with colleagues 
•    Able to confidently work with senior partners on partner and strategic matters 
•    Team player, able to work with colleagues on collaborative and interactive basis, willingness to pitch in and help others as needed 
•    Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity 
•    Self-starter and quick learner

•    Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SharePoint
•    Strong system and process knowledge
•    Advanced Excel skills required 
•    Excellent written and oral communications 
•    Presentation skills and PowerPoint 
•    Visualization using Power BI and Excel dashboarding will be an added advantage
