Work you’ll do


  • Responsible to be onsite support during office hours
  • Able to respond to the urgent issues and requests from clients during non-office hours
  • Able to work during the weekend for deployment and infrastructure-related activities
  • Responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, support on the application
  • Help out in generating monthly report for the client
  • Assist to onboard new customer for the client
  • Assist to attend to customer’s call and answer their queries
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

  • Diploma in information technology, business information system, engineering
  • Fresh graduates or with 1 to 3 years of related work experience
  • A technical, logical thought process
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stick to strict deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Good communication skills
