Work you’ll do

 

 

•            Provides technical support on computer hardware and software in a corporate network environment.

•            Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.

•            Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.

•            Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

•            Reports to IT managers.

Requirements

 

•            Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related areas

•            0-3 years of working experience in the IT support field or in a related area. (Welcome New Grads)

•            Working English communication skill.

•            Good technical knowledge in computer hardware and software.

•            Mature, reliable, service oriented, and have ability to work under pressures.
