Work you’ll do
Payroll & Tax
- Calculate staff payroll and ensure that the correct salary amount is deposited to staff’s personal bank account on time.
- Distribute payslips.
- Process PIT and SSB payment.
- Work with Tax Services Unit to make sure proper paperwork is in place and kept in proper order and to update tax books regularly and obtain tax-paid stamps from the township tax office.
- Liaison with auditors and answer queries.
Reporting
- Prepare and submit government reports on time.
- Prepare and submit SEA reports as required.
- Update and produce monthly HR dashboard and share with Directors on the related portion.
- Assist supervisor with payroll reconciliation.
- Produce other HR reports for finance and as requested by the Supervisor.
Employee Database & Filing
- Collect data & key in of new hires to the database.
- Maintain employees database and make sure correct information is key in and updated at all times.
- Maintain employee folders and ensure it is kept in proper order.
- Manage contracts & renewals.
- Update Org Chart, if any changes.
Employee Services
- Manage staff insurance & renewal.
- Advice & support employees with the insurance/SSB claims as needed.
- Track employee’s exam fees reimbursement.
- Prepare and issue HR letters as needed.
Recruitment
- Assist in organizing job fairs.
- Assist in interview arrangements.
- Assist in conducting onboarding training.
Compliance
- Review existing HR processes & practices with Supervisor and ensure it meets Deloitte’s standards.
- Implements control and promote awareness.
Staff Leave Management
- Monitor employee leaves and ensures that employees follow the policy.
Staff Activities
- Assist supervisor with the implementation of staff activities.
Other Assignments
- Assist supervisor with other HR special projects.

Requirements
- An internationally recognized HRM Diploma.
- A minimum 3-year work experience in an HR Administration role.
- Respect and adhere to ethical principles regarding data protection and confidentiality regarding any information obtained.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office (Advanced level in Excel).
- People passionate with a background working in international companies.
- Ability to deal with people at all levels with confidence.
- Possess basic IT knowledge and knowledge of HR software/systems.
- Thorough knowledge of personal income tax rules & regulations, social security law, and any other laws related to payment of wages/salary.
- Ability to pay attention to details and performs tasks with care.
- Highly organized with an ability to work with priorities and deadlines.
- Highly adaptable and responds positively and with ease to change.
- Eager to learn, enjoy working hard, and be action-oriented.
