Work you’ll do
- Coordinate with financial auditors, understand the requirement, and define the scope for IT audit
- Understand client IT environment and prepare IT Audit data requirements
- Liaise with Financial auditors to support their auditing in the technical assessment
- IT security audits of client’s IT environment
- Evaluate if security vulnerability are properly identified and mitigated
- Auditing on the main IT systems, processes used by the organization and prepare the work papers and draft audit report
- Review on IT infrastructure, processes, and policies applied
- Ensure IT engagements should be completed within set deadlines
- Leverage the use of data analytics technology and reporting to analyze the process and product-specific risks, including the identification of potential business risks.
- Access the potential and ongoing risks identified and review the possible mitigating controls and actions
- Market research/analyses in terms of lead generation
- Review on the risk assessed including the risk level and recommendation along with COBIT framework best practices
- Conduct ongoing risk assessment, reviewing, testing, and advising on risk mitigation actions
- Provide support to prepare business proposal and coordination with Finance to settle IT invoices with Deloitte Financial audit team and clients
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity framework

Requirements
- Completed Bachelor degree in IT with strong academic credentials
- Master or Postgraduate degree and/or a professional designation are an asset
- Completed a professional designation such as the CISA, CISSP or any other professional certification in IT would be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of business general IT experience in various areas such as IT Audit, Controls Assurance, business process controls, risk management and related standards
- Strong understanding of business process controls evaluation and documentation
- Ability to analyse data with the use of MS-Office, ACL, and SQL
- A strong can-do attitude and ready to step out of comfort zone with commitment to professional and client service excellence
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and Myanmar language
- Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountability
- Experienced with client communications, documentation, and managing client expectations
- Ability to anticipate the long term impact of all decisions and take a broad approach to problem-solving
