Work you’ll do

Executive Support

  • Manage and maintain Partners’ calendars, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings and commitments.

  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, aligning with business priorities.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track follow-ups on key action items.

  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.

  • Draft, proofread, and format professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and communications.

  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.

 

Regional Support (Southeast Asia)

  • Collaborate with teams across Southeast Asia to provide operational support for regional initiatives and engagements.

  • Ensure alignment of workflows and coordination across multiple countries.

  • Support cross-border communication and facilitate effective collaboration among regional stakeholders.

 

Partner Support

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Senior Partners.

  • Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage complex schedules, high-priority meetings, and strategic engagements.

  • Support relationship management by maintaining professional and responsive communication channels.

 

Operations Management

  • Maintain and manage regional client information and document management systems.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and secure access for project teams.

  • Support operational processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across the region.

 

Compliance & Transition

  • Support compliance-related activities in line with firm policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage and rectify retroactive Stamp Duty compliance during critical transitions or restructuring phases.

  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to financial and regulatory standards.

Procurement

  • Process purchasing requests in accordance with company policies and budget controls.

  • Manage recurring service contracts and vendor coordination.

  • Ensure procurement activities align with firm-wide guidelines and cost-efficiency objectives.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–7 years of experience in an executive assistant or executive secretary role, preferably supporting C-suite or Partners in multinational firms or professional services (Big 4 preferred).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience in cross-cultural or global collaboration is a plus.
