Work you’ll do 

Sustainability Advisory & Reporting 

• Lead sustainability and climate-related reporting engagements, including the development and review of sustainability reports and disclosures in accordance with international frameworks and standards such as IFRS S1 & S2, GRI Standards, S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), and other emerging reporting requirements. 

• Conduct sustainability reporting gap assessments and benchmarking analyses to evaluate clients' disclosures against industry peers, regulatory expectations, and leading international standards. 

• Advise clients on sustainability strategy development, climate-related initiatives, ESG integration, materiality assessments, and implementation roadmaps. 

• Engage with clients' key stakeholders across functions to understand sustainability priorities, assess current practices, and provide practical recommendations to enhance ESG performance and reporting maturity. 

• Facilitate sustainability-related workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to build organizational awareness and capabilities. 

• Develop training materials, methodologies, presentation decks, and thought leadership content to support client engagements and internal knowledge development. 

Project & Team Management 

• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality deliverables, effective resource allocation, and timely project execution. 

• Coach and develop junior team members by providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and on-the-job learning opportunities. 

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building within Deloitte's Sustainability & Climate practice. 

Business Development 

• Support the growth of Deloitte's Sustainability & Climate practice through active participation in business development initiatives and market outreach activities. 

• Lead and contribute to the preparation of proposals, credentials, and client presentations for sustainability reporting, ESG strategy, climate-related disclosures, materiality assessments, and other sustainability advisory services. 

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to identify new engagement opportunities and expand existing accounts. 

• Participate in client meetings, networking sessions, industry forums, and sustainability-related events to enhance Deloitte's market presence and build relationships with prospective clients. 

• Deliver sustainability awareness sessions, executive briefings, and complimentary workshops to support relationship building and business development efforts. 

• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging sustainability topics to identify opportunities for new service offerings and thought leadership initiatives. 

Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines. 

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG advisory, sustainability reporting, climate-related disclosures, or consulting. 

• Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, including IFRS S1 & S2, GRI Standards, S&P Global CSA, and related ESG disclosure requirements. 

• Experience leading sustainability reporting, gap assessments, materiality assessments, sustainability strategy, and stakeholder engagement projects. 

• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements, stakeholders, and deadlines. 

• Experience in proposal development, client relationship management, and business development activities. 

• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing team members. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills in both Thai and English. 

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
