Work you'll do:
As Southeast Asia (SEA) Field Marketing Specialist, you'll help build and execute the field marketing strategy in Indonesia and Thailand to drive product consideration, adoption and customer success through extensive, integrated online, offline, direct, and indirect go-to-market programs. You will partner closely with country sales and marketing leadership and account teams to deepen target-account engagement by industry/segment, crafting narratives, content and plays mapped to buying groups and opportunity stages.
Role Description:
- The country field marketing specialist will support Indonesia & Thailand account-based strategy and execution. You will be driving ABM plays and country programs to build awareness, drive demand and adoption, and accelerate opportunities within strategic accounts, while nurturing user communities by industry.
- You will have a proven track record of overachieving marketing objectives and able to establish credibility with the sales team and global marketing colleagues through their market insights, industry knowledge, communication skills and their leadership and vision.
- In addition, this role will support cross-SEA initiatives such as AI related marketing campaign build, analysis and reporting, and contribute to large flagship or key regional moments where needed.
Respnsibilities:
- Plan and execute account-based programs (1:few/1:1) for Indonesia & Thailand, selecting the right mix of tactics (digital, workshops, executive engagements, partner motions, and selective small events) to progress named accounts.
- Support the localization and execution of paid media, content syndication, and marketing campaign assets for the Indonesia market.
- Coordinate content partnership activities and collaborate with regional stakeholders to deliver Indonesia market initiatives.
- Develop and implement country-specific, account-based demand generation campaigns, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deepen engagement within priority accounts and industries.
- Manage all aspects of program logistics and execution—from planning to post-activation analysis—ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and clear ROI tracking.
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) to identify target accounts, personalise engagement, track account-level performance, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with partners on joint account strategies and co-marketing that advance in-country opportunities.
- Partner with Brand, Social Media, Customer References, PR, and Government Relations teams to amplify country narratives, local proof points, and executive visibility with priority accounts.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices and synthesize them into locally relevant content and talk tracks for target industries.
- Coordinate localization (e.g., Bahasa /Thai) via shared resources/vendors; ensure accuracy and cultural fit of localized assets without necessarily producing translations personally.
- Report success against country outcomes (Indonesia & Thailand) and named-account KPIs (engagement, meetings, opportunities, pipeline, expansion).

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Min 5 years of relevant B2B tech marketing or field marketing experience.
- Language: Fluent in English. Strong written English is essential (content synthesis, narrative building).
- Knowledge of Bahasa or Thai; ability to manage localization workflows is required.
- Understanding of the enterprise software purchase, development, and implementation cycles
- Strong technical acumen; ability to translate solutions into industry/account narratives and executive-level messaging.\
- Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external creative agencies, events vendors, and international projects; Experience orchestrating ABM plays and targeted programs, including budget management and ROI tracking.
- Strong communication skills in both business and technical situations, comfortability in talking about technical things with technical people and able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data from various sources (e.g., marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, web analytics tools) to track account engagement, influence on opportunities, and tie activity to country targets.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Team player with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Hands-on experience with ABM frameworks (ICP, buying groups, account planning), executive programs, and partner co-marketing in SEA; Indonesia/Thailand market familiarity
