Work you will do
This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.
We are seeking an experienced Consulting Manager to lead the design and delivery of customer-centric data and AI transformation programs across Southeast Asia.
This role combines strategic consulting, solution architecture, and practice leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will serve as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions focused on Customer Data Platforms (CDP), customer analytics, personalization, marketing technology, and AI-driven customer engagement.
Working closely with clients, business stakeholders, technology teams, and Google Cloud partners, you will help organizations modernize their customer data ecosystems and unlock business value through advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Consulting & Client Advisory

Lead client engagements focused on customer data transformation, AI adoption, and digital experience modernization.

Facilitate executive and stakeholder workshops to define business objectives, use cases, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps.

Translate business challenges into scalable cloud-based customer data and AI solutions.

Provide strategic recommendations on customer data activation, personalization, customer intelligence, and AI-driven decision making.

Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams on digital transformation and cloud adoption strategies.
GCP Solution Architecture
-
Design enterprise-scale solutions leveraging Google Cloud technologies including BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Looker, and related services.

Define architecture patterns for customer data platforms, customer 360 solutions, marketing analytics, data lakes, and AI applications.

Ensure solutions align with security, governance, privacy, and scalability requirements.

Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance throughout project delivery.

Establish best practices and reusable assets for customer data and AI implementations.
Customer Data & AI Leadership
-
Serve as the regional SME for GCP Customer Data and AI solutions.

Drive solution innovation using advanced analytics, machine learning, predictive modeling, and Generative AI capabilities.

Advise clients on customer segmentation, propensity modeling, next-best-action, personalization, and marketing optimization use cases.

Support development of AI-enabled customer engagement solutions leveraging Vertex AI and Google's AI ecosystem.

Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to enhance client offerings.
Practice Development

Support business development activities including proposals, RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.

Collaborate with Google Cloud and ecosystem partners to develop joint opportunities.

Contribute to capability building, thought leadership, and internal training initiatives.

Mentor consultants and architects, providing technical leadership and career development support.

Help define service offerings, methodologies, and go-to-market strategies for Customer Data & AI solutions.
Delivery Leadership

Lead multidisciplinary teams across consulting, data engineering, cloud architecture, and AI implementation.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
-
Ensure successful project delivery and achievement of business outcomes.
-
Provide quality assurance across solution design and implementation phases.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
-
8+ years of experience in consulting, cloud architecture, data platforms, or digital transformation.
-
3+ years of experience designing and delivering solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
-
Demonstrated experience leading client-facing consulting engagements.
-
Strong understanding of customer data platforms, customer analytics, CRM, marketing technology, and customer experience ecosystems.

Experience designing modern data platforms, customer 360 architectures, and AI-enabled customer solutions.
