Work you’ll do

You will be part of Deloitte Southeast Asia’s Talent Acquisition team which delivers recruitment strategy and execution to our fast growing management consulting practice. You will give the best in class experience to our hiring managers, internal stakeholders, external agencies and most importantly our prospective candidates.

Your role: 

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters across Southeast Asia, reporting directly to Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Also serve as an Individual Contributor, managing recruitment requisitions and delivering end-to-end hiring activities where required. 
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, conduct job and task analyses, and define clear role requirements and hiring objectives.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage high-caliber talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle where required, including candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, salary negotiations, offer management, and onboarding support. 
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and stakeholder management throughout the hiring process.
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on talent pipelines, market mapping, recruitment progress, and hiring effectiveness.
• Support talent acquisition initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance team capabilities and recruitment outcomes.
• Drive collaboration across business stakeholders, HR teams, and recruitment colleagues to ensure timely and successful hiring delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification from a reputable institution.
• 8–10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including management responsibilities, gained across a combination of agency, RPO, and in-house talent acquisition environments.
• Proven experience recruiting within the consulting, advisory, or professional services industry is highly preferred.
• Experience sourcing and hiring talent within the Technology and Cybersecurity sectors will be an added advantage.
• Strong expertise in candidate sourcing methodologies, talent mapping, and competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, with a track record of achieving recruitment targets and business outcomes.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence individuals at all levels while handling sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while effectively leading and developing recruitment teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
