Work you’ll do
As a Senior Associate in our Global Employer Services team, you will play a key role in managing engagements and supporting multinational clients in addressing complex global mobility and individual tax matters. You will also contribute to developing junior team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables and exceptional client service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting engagement managers in reviewing deliverables prepared by associates and other team members, and reporting progress to engagement managers.
- Supporting engagement managers in liaising with clients and the Tax Office on various tax matters.
- Delegating work effectively and providing on-the-job coaching and guidance to associates.
- Managing daily communications and correspondence with clients, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.
- Developing and maintaining a solid understanding of current tax and mobility regulations within the Global Tax & Legal function.
- Leveraging technology and data-driven solutions to address clients’ business and compliance challenges.
- Recognizing key capabilities and priorities needed to deliver high-quality service experiences and address clients’ business issues effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university with excellent academic achievements (minimum GPA of 3.00), majoring in Accounting, Fiscal Administration, Law, or other relevant fields.
- Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate tax, or related tax compliance/advisory work.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team of professionals at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Passionate about continuous learning and innovation in the field of global mobility and tax advisory.
