Role Overview:
The Learning & Development Intern reports to the Learning & Development Manager, and key roles include:
- Provide administrative support which includes the planning, coordination, and execution of the Learning Core Curriculums and initiatives
- Collaborate with learning partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences, manage event rollouts and drive learning engagement through data insights and internal campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to organize and deliver Consulting Core and Technical Programs across SEA
- Assist in the Early Talents – AMPLIFY Intern Technical Training and INSPIRE Intern Program
- Analyze learning and learner data to support decision-making, improve program consumption and increase completion rates
- Creating independent contractor’s profile and follow-up on the mandatory learnings’ completion
- Explore and provide innovative Digital Learning solutions
- Day-to-day responsibilities and tasks within the department as the Learning & Development Intern
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Psychology, Human Resource or related fields
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Good command of English, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong coordination skills with an eye for details, thoroughness and timeline
- Able to work independently; manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
- Passionate about developing people
- Availability of 6 months preferred
Key Deliverables:
- Provide proposed solution of new collaboration tool, with AI exploration as part of learning & training facilitation
- Formulate RPA process for training bonds
